Lucile McConnell, a graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage, has practiced massage for 18 years, been a massage instructor for 9 years. Lucile is Maryland State Licensed and is a member of AMTA. Lucile practices integrated massage and Reiki, a form of energy healing, as well as reflexology, myofascial release, healing stone massage, pregnancy massage, orthopedic massage and sports massage. Your massage therapist is also a personal trainer certified by IFPA. Lucile understands working out and the restorative benefits and balancing effects of sports massage.

Lucile is committed to facilitating your body/mind reunion. She intends to provide a refuge from the stresses of daily life and to bring a sense of renewed balance to each client by enhancing the natural connection of body and mind.
